Hello, everyone. Sorry for the silence. I haven't had much motivation to write or cook. I've been dealing with some minor personal issues, but plan on starting back up.
Anyways, recently Subway came out with a gluten-free bread. My mother grabbed a cold-cuts sub for me with the gluten-free bread. I tried it and it was delicious! Almost too good. It tasted fine, the bread was very soft, though a bit crumbly at the bottom.
I definitely would recommend everyone with gluten sensitivities and indeed allergies, try the new bread.
I know I found a new favorite.
